Draft Complete Plan Posted

The full Draft version of the final plan is now available and ready for review here. There is a full-quality version, but it is a large file (26 MB), and a reduced quality version with smaller figures (6 MB) if you prefer.

Volunteers Needed to Conduct Bicycle and Pedestrian Counts

The Fairbanks Metropolitan Area Transportation System (FMATS) is looking for volunteers to conduct counts of bicyclists and pedestrians at select locations across the Fairbanks area. Volunteers will be asked to attend a 30-minute training session on May 19th from 5-5:30 p.m. at Fairbanks City Hall Council Chambers, to receive count forms and instructions. Volunteers will then be asked to commit to conducting a two-hour count at an assigned location from 5-7 p.m. one evening the week of May 23-27.
